Our BDA process for fast, safe and quality installations

Unlike many other companies, Acre Roofing want to ensure the fastest, but also the safest and highest-quality process of roofing. However, during our years of experience we have found achieving this goal is impossible without YOU.

Help us to keep the best possible service by following our BDA (Before, During and After) process:

Do not run sprinklers the night before or during the project

BEFORE GETTING

STARTED

Move all outdoor potted plants indoors.

Move outdoor lawn furniture away from the work area.

Keep small children and pets inside or away from the work area.

Cover objects in the attic and garage if it has no ceiling.

Disarm burglar alarm; vibrations caused by hammering may activate it.

Remove hanging objects or pictures from the walls, and any breakable object

from the shelves.

Cover ponds, hot tubs, pools or other water features.

Park vehicles away from the house, out of the driveway.

Allow access to your driveway.

DURING WORK TIME

When entering or leaving your home, take care. Debris and other objects may fall from the roof.

There will be nails and debris around your house and in your driveway, so please do not drive on your driveway during construction either.

Provide a source of water and electricity to the roofing crew.

Check furnace and hot water vents to ensure that they are connected at the unit, because they may come loose when the new vents are installed.

Watch for overlooked nails.

Check to make sure that all gates are closed before letting pets outside.

Leave permits up until the City or County does the final inspection, if applicable.
